You can tune it lock the converter in, in 2nd gear, which is where you need to really build your boost and head of steam to make a decent pull.. Alot of guys do that and then shift to 3rd to produce a great deal of momentum... A stick you'll break alot of driveline parts trying to shift and find a good gear, unless you change out to 4:56 ratios to get the RPMs up where they need to be.. And when you shift a 7.3 you don't just lose boost pressure, you lose actual ICP which is your foundation for everything you need... A pull truck is hard to drive on the street, you'll need a super tough clutch that will suck to daily drive with but it's your truck, your goals.. [/QUOTE]
