Wheel and Tire Question

Hey guys, I am about ready to order a set of rims. 20x9 Anthem Enforcers in a +18 or a -12 offset (I was thinking +18 wouldnt stick out as far). My question is will I have rubbing issues if I do a 2.5 leveling kit and 35" tires? I have a nice set of duraflap mudflaps that I would like to keep if possible. Any thoughts would be great.

I have 20x9 monster xd wheels with a +18 offset i believe with 35 12.50 20 Nitto Terra grapplers on. My 6.4 is stock height and I have no rubbing at all.

You will be fine with both with a 35 and leveling kit. Just need to decide on what look you want. -12 will give you around an inch or so outside fender I think.
