So, Saturday night I got the gear-set reassembled. it went together easy as can be, like putting together Lego's. Warmed up in the oven, everything just slid right together as smooth as could be. I honestly hope to notch open this one up again for a long long long time, but I wouldn't hesitate to work on a ZF6 again. Someday, it would be very cool to get one of these as a builder and do a full new parts rebuild with cryo treated and micro polished parts. Not running out to do that right away, but definitely something i'll put on the "cool projects i'd like to do someday" list.
