Well, went to the dyno Friday. There's either something wrong with my truck or something wrong with that dyno, I'm leaning toward my truck though. It's a Mustang dyno so I expected it to read a little low. The first time I ran it a couple weeks ago with the stock turbo and TSD tune it did 342hp which was even a little lower than I expected but I just wanted a baseline number to see what my future mods would do. The mods on that run were AFE intake, Absolute ported manifold, Strictly Diesel regulated return, 4" straight pipe, and the TSD tune. The only changes for the runs this past Friday were the Fleece billet wheeled Powermax and No Limit pipes. With the same tune and everything else the same also, it did 343hp. I put Innovative's XTreme Race tune in and that brought it to 351hp. The only difference with the turbo is that the power didn't drop off like the stocker did, it just kept pulling near peak. I used my CTS to run a 1/4 mile test and it said 14.7 @ 92mph. I don't know how accurate those are but at 7200lbs with me in it, it should definitely be a good bit faster and quicker than that with my mods. So I need to figure out what's going on with my truck apparently. I can't find any boost leaks, even changed all my boots and put the No Limit intercooler piping on to be sure. No signs or smell of soot anywhere. Power balance on the truck is fine. FICM voltage is good also according to the CTS. I will say that after I studded the truck my EOT/ECT delta went up a good bit. Used to be about a 12* or so difference before, now it's about 25* difference. I changed the oil cooler again and still no change. I'm waiting on a coolant filter kit from Steve with some different routing of the coolant lines to see if that brings them back down. Coolant currently runs from the oil cooler to the reservoir, like most everyone else's, so I doubt that's going to be the issue though. Any ideas of anything I can check? The truck runs fine, no misses or weird sounds or anything, it's just down on power apparently. .
