Since you've done some of those lightbars, you wanna pm me or tell me the best way to do one? Im ordering a fusion titanium and it comes with hid headlights but i wanna hide a lightbar m in the hole under the bumper.

Where to hide the switch since the inside isnt really gonna look right with a greasy joes auto parts toggle screwed to the dash

Will it come with factory fogs?

On nice cars where you don't want a hack job. I usually try to find a dash panel that's small and removable and mount a switch . If the need arises where you remove the bar. All you need to do is buy that dash panel.

I know on my sisters focus Titanium, if you don't get every option, there are blank buttons where a button would be. Maybe see if you can get a real button and use that spot?

For mounting, it's hard to know how without seeing it. I usually make my own brackets for stuff like this, I'm pretty sure you can't buy any for this car. It will have to be custom.

What size bar are you looking for? I know a guy selling a 10in rigid bar for 400$ brand new.

You'll probably want a 20in though. Best brands are vision X , Baja designs, or rigid.

VisionX, followed by Baja designs are the brightest. Last is rigid.

This switch is one of my favorites, doesn't look like crap imo

It'll be 20-24". If I go titanium it'll be fully equipped. From what im seeing, there isnt a lot that can be omitted anymore. They moved the indecisive pkg to the SE line.

I just thought a parts store switch would look silly in that car? The tites are pretty darn nice for a mid-level Murrcan car. Can you get a pushbutton switch (led) fairly readily?

If you dont know on the switch, feel free to tell me to take a hike. Im used to it LOL

I appreciate the input on bar brands. I had no clue.

Edit:i glossed over that switch you included. I used one of those for the heat in my 08+ mirror retrofit on my 00. Been good for 3 years.

Would never say take a hike, I'd just merely say, " I don't know" lol.

Here's a push button style.

Here's a fun one.

You can buy Bluetooth relays. To turn on your bar with your phone.

Lol! I thought I was the only person that used that word! You definitely have to embrace your inner "gayness" to drive one of those. Lol! Kind of like a prius, smart or fiat.

Personally I prefer the word "fagtastic" to replace when you guys are saying gayness. It's got a bit of a better ring to it.

The fusion are nice vehicles..... They are defiantly not in the same class as a Prius smart or fiat.

I rented a fusion ecoboost. And that was a FUN car for a four banger.

I agree, definitely not in the same class. I was being a little too harsh. I bet those ecoboost cars are pretty fun to drive. Have not had the pleasure to drive anything ecoboost, but look forward to trying something out eventually.

Enjoy spending a 1/4 of your check on deezul...LOL

Yes, Jomax, they are nice. You're right. Went and finished up the deal yesterday. For my 38k $ prius. Car has got everything you can think of. With the 2.0 eco i got it from 30-100 on the ramp in the 15 i testdrove yesterday. Gonna be a great date car on the weekends too. I can get rid of this stupid smartphone now too as I can do everything on the media center in the car.

No more key...pushbutton start...

Nice if I were to get a new car for mileage it would be a fiesta or focus in the st trim. The new rs would be awesome but that is espensive.

I have small kids...im not putting them in the backseat of a focus. And even the larger ecoboost is way north of 30mpg on the highway. Especially tuned.

When I get a date from the dealer, ill get the downpipe, 160deg tstat, and tuning. 87, 89,91,and 93 octane tune. They have a garrett bb upgrade as tuning and 93 oct maxes out the stock charger. The trans tuning, all that extra power aside, is the real necessity as ford tunes the trans confused and mushy. The guy tuning mine says at 20mph if you stab it it'll start walking toward the curb...

I used to daily my modded eclipse gsx years ago and its fun having some power and smaller size especially in chicago on busy expressways.

They have awd fusions but i dont need that.

I wanted a focus but for the same mileage, ill take a nice car that has power too.

Drove an Escape Limited Eco for a rental in Charlotte about 6 mos ago. Wouldn't want to imagine what that would have costed to buy one, but it ran pretty good.
