Where'd this driveshaft come from?!

Need some details! What was it balanced to rpm/speed wise?

I have been looking at sponsoring a couple of sled pullers in Michigan. Text me if you are interested. At the very least I can buy you a steak and a couple beers.

CCI driveline built it for me. They are a local builder of driveline components.
It is a 5'' steel driveshaft balanced with 1480 U joints. They did not recommend any high speed dynos runs with that big of a 1 piece shaft. I think they said no more than 6800 drive shaft rpm?? Not real positive on the exact rpm,s.

Got my suspension stops all mounted up. These are for GM trucks but I modified them to fit a Ford.

Just a little update.
Got the cab pulled yesterday. Old motor will be on the way to Morgans Monday. The trans is at the trans shop getting refreshed. Hopefully in about 2 weeks we will have the new motor ready to drop in its new home.

For months Ive been racking my brain trying to come up with a bolt on dual shock setup for this truck without having to do any weld on brackets. Especially the passenger side. You need some kind of access to the alternator.
Well this is what I came up with. Simple but effective.

Shocks installed. Both shocks are the exact same style Rancho shock. My thinking on this was you dont want 2 different type of shocks because 1 might be doing all the work while the other might hinder it. But thats just MY thinking lol.
Any way on the second shock I cut the stud off and welded an eye on it from another shock that is made to fit that stud.

BTW the shock mounts are from leaf spring Superdutys. The passenger side was the easy side. I just drilled 3 holes and put 3 bolts in.
Now the driver side was a bit tricky because of the steering gear box plus the frame is angled right there. The top 2 holes I was able to use bolts and I just drilled and tapped the bottom hole. I also had to use washers to shim the shock mount so it would sit square with the frame.
