Almost flush and a real nice pieces of stainless around them so the burnt paint doesn't show.

A slight mitre as close to flush as possible. Love the look of it...

how about cut them flush so you can weld them to the bed. So they look like one component. Then for the paint you might be able to get some ceramic or high heat paint to match the Factory paint. The only thing that gets me is you WILL have black soot on your bed.


This build is sweet! I really like your style as far as engine and turbo set up.
