So the rubber salisbury blanket on the floor..... I gotta ask how did you get it?

My father owns High Voltage Specialists Inc. and we do preventative maintenance and testing of substations and 4160+voltage testing in industrial company's. So we use them quite often for hot work and cover up.

Edit : I take all the ones that don't pass testing home for personal use lol

Just curious because I'm a lineman so it caught my eye. I use them all of the time at work, and once they fail or are no longer good I use them in the garage for everything!

Best thing to lay stuff on that semi fragile! We also do overhead and unground inter connects for a solar company. I worked on our "line crew" for a year. Love it, although we never touched anything hot. Then I got moved to the office...gay.

Yeah I have one in the back of my truck to keep stuff from sliding around, or just in case I need to crawl under it for any reason. I love line work its a great job. Doing hot work is my favorite by far, the first time I did it I was like WOW this is sweet! Now its a lot less stressful but still a blast. And I probably wouldn't like the office life either.

So being antsy, I slapped the Airdog in with out thinking (or looking up)

So, new plan. Going to order 4 push locks, and use some angled steel I have laying around and go to town. New location and use of parking brake cable bracket bolts will be the new home. Plus I like the look of being able to see the filters.

Hope it sits nice in this location.

So I'm torn between a single and running the 71/59. I have ran a single 66, but never upgraded compounds. Which one is going to excel hp wise? Obviously if I went single I would get my converter stall reworked to 2200 since I believed that would have helped a lot the first go round.

I'll buy your compounds & that can help you get that single? Lol

Pm me

I'm trying to justify the single. Main reason is for sound...the 66 was stupid laggy for my liking but like I said could fix that with a converter and more tuning....what to do, what to do

It depends on what you are wanting to do with the truck later on down the road. Going with a single 66 will allow you to hang a 82 or 88 out in front of it if you ever wanted to, and going with fixed vane turbos are more reliable. Ask Ryan what he thinks of a 66-88 setup or mpd. A lot more fun then a 59-71.
