I got all 4 door sill panels . The ones you step on from ebay for 100$
The plastic that covers the switches on the seats. I got that on ebay brand new from a dealer on ebay. For like 80 bucks I think. My door panels did not come with the wood grain switches . So I bought all four for 100$. Some guy even sells them seperate for 20$ I got a few back ups becauSe I'm taking apart the switches. So I can change them to LEDs.

The panels are hard to take apart. The clips break so easy. You gotta be very careful.
08 center console. I got for 500$ and it was on ebay. It was spotless. I bought one a while ago for 400 and it was fine. He just said you needed to superglue some peices back. He was wrong you just needed to buy a screw from homedepot and screw this plastic in. Mine was a leather top center console to. The king ranch ones people charge more for to.

Paint was about 300$ for a gallon and a half of interior paint. Still have some left over. And I got exterior paint included for my white mirror covers and my white grille. The white paint I'm out of though. But it came with reducer and activator and clear coat for the white exterior paint. The interior paint is just by it self.

Finally finished the Harley grille with billet inserts. With the white ford logo. The ford logo was sticky luckily. So I could stick it to the grille . But I also put silicon on the back part to hold it between the billet pieces. And it holds sting now. I had to do this because the billet grille did not have a inset for the ford logo pegs on the back of the symbol. Luckily the guy who made it put a sticky substance on the back.

What is your ?. I have been trying to say that only late 06 and early 07 SDs have a "door harness". All other SDs from 99-early 06 have a harness that goes through the door jamb, and plugs into the dash harness above the go pedal.

The plugs are the same at the PW, PL, switches. The power mirror plugged changed on all 06s.

I'm not exactly sure which one mine is. I still don't have it back. But I'm pretty sure it's the older 06. You sure they didn't do it on 05 -07 not 06-07

If not maybe it's all of 06-07 because I just bought the wiring guide for 06 250 350 450 and it says all of 06. It doesn't have a cut off date. And that's the ford wiring diahgrams. The ford booklet

I just went on ebay and the dash wire harness . The main one that connects to the fuses. Says it works on 05-07 and the truck it came off of was a 06. I know it's the dash harness . But how much would they change.

Asking why Ford did something makes me realize you haven't tore apart enough of them..

I don't think they changed function, but how you will have to wire it, will depend on if it's a separate door harness or not.

If its not, you will be doing a lot of cutting and splicing. Good luck!

Why havent we seen anything yet? I would take my old door panel off and put the new one in before I started engineering a rewire plan. I applaud the attempt at organization but lets face it, that isnt what makes a thread great.

Id put the panel on, take a picture, post it, and then proceed.

Believe me there's alot of questions I could ask ford. Such as why do they switch between metric and standard. In the dumbest spots available . But still why would they change mid year the door wire harness to a detachable harness instead of hard wire?
I know ford engineers don't make perfect sense but how dumb could they be! Lol

You think they would of changed it in 05 when they changed the whole dash and suspension, and even engine parts like the hpop and stuff.

Have you even read the thread . I don't have my truck it's getting worked on. I bought all the parts prior so I can have everything painted before I get back. And it's not like if the harness doesn't fit I can't use it! I can splice the 08 plugs on my 06 door wire harness. It's not like it's completely useless. And I have a company account there. If I want to return something 2 month later because it doesn't fit, I can. I know all the guys at red mcombs ford parts. I've known them for over 10 years

Isn't the 05 - 07 fuse panels the same? Wouldn't they have to have different fuse panels to have that seperate door wire harness?
