Anyone know for sure the width differences? I have one in a parts truck I'm about to buy for the dana 60 but I want to run singles, plus the dually rear has a limited slip and mine is open.

According to the door tag on this early 94 it's a sterling 10.25 drw. F5 code.

With single wheels on a drw axle it will stick out about 2" further on each side compared to a srw 60 front. Why not just put the limited slip carrier in the open axle?

Compared to the single wheel 10.25 that is under my truck now? Which to me is to narrow anyway ...

Yes compared to the single wheel. You could run the drw sterling and put 2" spacers on the 60 if you want a wider stance.

not much difference between a used limited slip and an open dif

Just have to spend more money on the synthetic rear end fluid that doesn't need the friction modifier or to purchase the friction modifier for a false sense of security on slick surfaces.
