little update the high idle was caused by a broken wire in the coolant temp sensor harness, got it fixed while at the cookout in Ennis thanks to the guys that helped! still havent gotten any pics of it yet but ill do some this week. its gotta go back to the trans shop tomorrow cause i think i blew out 5th gear on friday. Matt is revising the tunes for me and hopefully it will be a strong running truck end of this week!!

All the coolers mounted and all plumbed except for the fuel cooler. had to take it off because it interfered with the grille bracket. gonna have to either lower it and make new brackets or mount it somewhere else other than behind the grille

this pic shows the oil filter mounted to the core support behind the bumper, the bumper is setting on the ground with the oil cooler mounted to it.

its a little crooked I KNOW but its just the bolt setting higher in the hole. its been fixed!

oil lines run beside the radiator and underneath it.

had to move the IAT and boost sensor to the driver side of the intake to clear room for the 5.5" inducer and CAI

BIG THANKS TO THE GUYS AT THE COOKOUT ON SATURDAY AT ENNIS FOR HELPING ME DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE HIGH IDLE!!!

had some issues with the trans a couple days ago where under full throttle 5th gear sounded like marbles bouncing around inside. took it to the builder and he said it was fine that he thought it may be the transfer case. loaded the new tunes on it with higher line pressure and will do some light testing this weekend until i can meet with him monday and put a gauge on it and watch exactly what its doing line pressure wise under hard throttle.

next up is to find out what kinda power im making and get as close to 700hp as possible while being relatively smokeless. was thinking about 15% nozzles but i was told a stock pump wont hold rail pressure even with 15%.
any suggestions?

Awesome setup.
Nice job on the coolers and mounting everything.

Nice and clean.

That sound could be your passenger side up pipe hitting a bolt that sticks out of the fire wall.

Ive heard people describe like that before

Thanks Riverside im pretty pleased with her. cant wait to tear the motor out and build the bottom end then ill paint/powdercoat under the hood.

ive never heard of that ill look into it thanks! im guessing the bolt would be low on the up pipe?
