to me it sounds like the truck was just trying to find idle. mine does it too when i get her hot. its just tring to get the correct amount of hpo.

fuel pressure is 60. ICP is like 700ish. but like I said I just bumped the idle up and it is perfect now.

usually the rule of thumb is dont go under 45 and over 75 on fuel pressure.

No, the secondary/smaller charger does that. As the primary/larger turbo comes into boost, that's where you get your top end airflow.
