Will any x4 7015 work on a 15 f250

Got a guy selling a x4 he had on a mustang for pretty cheap. Not locked. Will it work on my 15 f-250 with custom tunes?

Got the tuner. It's unmarried and has 5 unlocks left. Going to be buy the exhaust and tunes in a few weeks after I pay a damn $900 toll tag bill. Can I do dpf on tuning with the x4 until I get the delete stuff?
