Well in typical powerstroke fashion took me longer to move stuff then it was to put the new high pressure line on. All in probably 15 mins start to finish with a 19mm wrench. Off to the UPS store!

1st good cleaning it's had in over a year. Still shines like a million bucks. Still need to wax it though.

I had an h&s fuel line bust on me. It was at a time I wasn't even close to your build (stock turbo and stuff). I had a shop fab myself up a reliable fuel line for the duel fueler kit. Here's the pics of the split fuel line:

I'm curious how you only need a 19mms wrench to swap the lines. The one on the cp3 doesnt seem like it'll come off without loosening the whole plate.

I can see where that would be an issue as the nut on the high pressure line interferes with the valve cover. RCD had used a Dremel and clearanced the valve cover a little bit and even a tad rounded off the nut so it would spin on and off the pump without having to removed the plate. Putting the new one on it was a little tighter since I didn't round off the far edge of the nut on the high pressure line but once I had it threaded a good way on it spun on with my fingers and tightened it with the wrench.

The pic shows where I'm talking about. You can see the back side of the high pressure line nut that goes into the back of the cp3 has been slightly rounded to allow you to take it on and off without removing the plate. If you don't do this it threads on and off very hard.

We went to a new manufacturer recently on lines. There was a run of bad lines from our previous manufacturer and that's not acceptable for us. The new lines are made by Scheid. For those of you familiar with Scheid, you will know how nice their product is.

If anyone has an issue with a line, please let me know. I think I was able to get with everyone that may have received one of the lines from the bad batch but don't hesitate to give me a call if you have questions or need one replaced.

Agreed. We stopped grinding on the Injection line and took more off the valve cover so all you will need is a 19mm to change the line. Works great.

Did the hardline swap and dremeled on the post in the way and a bit on the line. Much easier now.

Thanks for the heads up Pete.
