2012 f250 new to the forum looking for some advice

Im looking to upgrade my turbo Id like for the truck to run a little better then it does now and not a fan of all the sighing noises this factory turbo makes this is my first powerstroke so take it easy on me. Its dereeted with tyrant street tune on a x4 and a s and b intake atm all information is appreciated.

I just installed a 17 turbo and HPFP on my 13'. Truck runs amazing and smokeless. Even sounds quite a bit different than it did with the 13 turbo. I'm also running tyrant tunes.
