So I've got a buddy that's needing to replace his intercooler, I've told him either Spearco or No Limit but he's wanting some more info. I know people are happy with the spearco's, there's been some numbers out there of them working well so what about the No limit cooler? Haven't heard much besides MDP is running one I think. Any info or data to say one or the other is better?? I do know the no limit is quite a bit cheaper any other pro/cons of these setups?

No limit for sure. Cost effective and as good or better than spearco. I think hallers is going to work on some before and after dynos using a banks cooler and the no limit one. Mike told me it's a very nice peice and as always mike delivers a great product for the money.

Im going to be getting a no limit one soon for my reg cab. I wont be able to get mucb before and after testing but ill do my best.

honestly i cant say that my intercooler is more efficient than a spearco. we both have bar and plate cores, with same effective cooling area, so i think that point is moot. we did eliminate the 3.25" inlet on the ic so customers will never have to worry about finding a 3.25x3" boot 7" long, this happened by accident and i can thank craig for opening my eyes on that. where we do beat anybody is price and durability. high boost and IAT durability being just an opinion, but we have double welded the the end tanks to insure no splitting. it still could split but doubtful. we have recently had one leak at the core, in canada of all places, but the customer is receiving a new cooler, no questions asked. i pride myself on customer service, and i wont leave anyone hanging, no matter what it costs me.

Didnt an excab truck with max powers and 110s pick up like 50 on The dyno with this intercooler? Its on my to do list for sure!

No, mal's truck put the intake kit on and did a lot of tuning changes. I doubt the intake helped the power very much , just helped the efficiency , spool up and slight egt drop. They just put an inter cooler in this week I'm awaiting the results vs the banks ic.

Didn't know they were changing the ic. I am running the banks too, if there is an improvement you know who will be calling.

cant go wrong with a Spearco IMO...Its what I have and is a nice unit and does the trick.
