Thats what I used to tell people when I said I was from AZ. They're like oh but its a dry heat. MF once you start averaging 115+ its hot as hell out.

Its 96* here today, thats too hot. I prefer the winter weather, give me 32* back.

Nice build by the way, I like how you are approaching uncharted territories.

Thinking of running 3" between stages what do you guys think? I dont want to loose pressure between stages and have the 480 be laggy. I might be able to do 3.5" too but also thinking of room for piping too. I'm assuming exhaust piping will work, just going to order and assortment of stainless bends and straits. I already have some 5" for a new intake and ordered a new 12"x5" filter for it.

im going to run 3 inch feeding a little bigger turbine, i dont see the problem with it, should keep velocity up and heat up.

Look at raceparts solutions and search for that exhaust doughnut i was telling you about, might make your life much easier for the hot pipe

AFE intercooler looks pretty dang nice

I think im going to pressure test the stock intercooler and see how much boost one will hold before i buy one.

im sure your right, how thick is it compared to stock? Im just worried about cooling system capabilities with a big intercooler, i am only running electric fans right now.

Eric this build is going to be sick. Call me if you any help. I would love to turn wrenches on a 6.4. Also I have a top side creeper if you need to barrow it to help you with getting to the top of the engine. Give me a call.

once you put in your compounds, will you be able to run the stock clutch fan again?

yeah, but im not sure im going to put the stock fan on right away, i want to see if the electrics keep up and if they do ill keep them on, i like that i can run them in the pits with the engine turned off to help cool things off.
