However, you did say it best, it's bad business ethics to plagiarize. It takes a really special piece of garbage to copy somebody else and claim it as their own.
You've used the word
plagiarize and
plagiarism to describe what would more correctly called patent, copyright or trademark infringement. But none of these manifolds are, so it is a moot point.
Plagarize, generally is used for written word.
Like it was said, if it is such a big deal look into patenting your product. There are enough, needing only one in this case but its not, ported manifold for some tom, dick or harry to buy one, open it see what we all know needs to be done for basic work, and copy it.
I mean really, how many versions of the BFG Mt design is there, procomp, nitto, , wrangler, etc.. up until just a few years ago they were all nearly identical but BFG sold their own like hotcakes, copy cats or not.
If absolute performance refuses to post some more pics, do you have any bench flow #'s, dyno sheets, etc?
Really how can you request photos if you are unwilling to do so yourself.
BTW, it is Dougs manifold you sell or your "own" design.

You say you wanted to go a different route, how are customers to be assured of this? You showed one pic of a 6.0 that I can find but thats it.
And, fwiw you appeared to be, at one point, selling Dougs manifolds but you pass it off as a lesser product, you may have not meant it but as a 3rd party viewer it appeared that way:

I agree flow numbers will tell a lot and dyno numbers too if you can do a direct comparison with no other changes from a stock manifold to the apex manifold.

Lol, dude, keep your Gogo manifold. I can't give you the answers you are looking for right now apparently and I'm almost insulted that you continue to question my integrity like Im out here to screw people over because I didn't have time to leave my full-time job to run across the county to get a picture of the machine work. If thats your only gripe, then I guess Im doing pretty good, but damn, lay-off. It's been in my hands for less than 48hrs
If it does really mean so much, patent your goods and call it a day.
Good luck.
