Damn..... My 62/75 had something that looked like that, even with studs! LOL Sucks, but recoverable... Mo Money, Mo Money, Mo Money!!!!
Cab on headstuds one at a time... until you have time to pull the cab...Nothing to lose really..
Won't fix a thing if a gasket is compromised.
How high were your EGTs when it happened?
After talking w/ Eric he mentioned that if the EGTs get high it will flash the coolant, it's not necessarily indicative of blown HGs.
I would clean that up and ride it
