Got my tuner back from innovative today. I'm dying to flash my truck with the updated tune. So I'm planning on installing my Flo Pro EGR delete this weekend. What else will I need? How much coolant should I buy? Any input would be great! Thanks

Not sure. I would hope he would set me up with the latest version? How do I check the software level? What are the differences?

Are you planing on leaving the egroc pipe?

EGROC?
Kit is a full delete throttle plate/ EGR valve.

Medicine Hat... Again
You might need to a gallon or 2 of premix.

When removing the coolers. If the rear horizontal cooler bolts give you any grief, loosen the front ones off first. Mine were a complete pain in the azz until I had enough and worked on the rest of the egr system for a break. Once the front ones were lose the rear ones came out with my fingers.

And lube up your o-rings on the coolant passage plugs when you put them in just to be safe.

Well I decided to play it safe and bought five gallons. Glad I did because I used four.

Did you ever figure out what tune version you have?

3.02 and they are awesome. I was dealing with email tunes and had tons of issues. These are excellent.

Don't know what to tell you. I didn't lose that much. I had a 5gal pale cut in half and it didn't even make it up 2/3 of the way up it.

No worries Duder, I was planning on buying the capacity anyhow. Drained the radiator got probably 3.5 gallons out of that Then when I cut the coolant line @ the horizontal cooler it dumped a bunch more. That was the only suck of the job. Mopping the shop floor after 15 hours of wrenching. LOL
