huh? 30% nozzles and 1000hp? You must mean with nitrous.... Dzchey is running 200hp nozzles and says with gearhead custom tuning it is awesome on the street. If I could get proper tuning Id like to run 150 or 200hp nozzles on my truck and it will mostly be used on the street. with a 64 under an S483 bat, or some 88mm.. havent decided...

There are people running 110s and 150s with large turbos not making 900 on fuel

Our 110s aren't quite 30% and they've made over 900 in a couple trucks on fuel. Our 150s have made over 1000 on fuel and came very close in a truck losing rail pressure. 30% will come very close to 1k on fuel in an efficient setup.

i could barely break 800 with 60's (30%) and same with corsili. i think we both made low 8's. both spraying the $hit out of it.

^^ Thats what I thought.... I thought 30% was like 60 or 90 HP injectors.... There was a thread that resolved this whole HP vs % sizing

JD you saw rail pressure loss wiht 150hp nozzles, Im assuming you ment with an II pump....

Stock turbos with 150 HP nozzles and stage 1 pump made 835 holding 18k rp. My setup now on our 60% with II pump 870 fuel only

The 835 was on two stages. Stock fuel with the s472 made 947 on one huge stage

Yes that was an II pump.

FYI

60hp = 15% Over stock
85hp = 30% Over stock
110hp = 70% Over stock
150hp = 100% Over stock
250hp = 125% Over stock

Everyone is wanting nozzle ratings listed in LPM, We don't list ours in LPM for the simple fact that there is NO pressure standard for testing.

Our nozzles start raw, then are machined and extrude honed to our specs. That's where the price difference comes from.


With our experience, a single worn stock pump will not sufficiently maintain 60hp nozzles on a big tune, let alone 85's.
The II pump has been proven to maintain 110's, But is not reliable.

There we go. Well I see on the MPD site they only have up to 100% which would be around a 150hp. Im still debating on what Id like for my truck that will have a 64mm and either an 83 batmowheel or 88mm. Wasnt sure on 150hp or equivelant or 200hp or equivelant. Will have a dual fueler set up. But thats for another thread for when the time comes.

Our 60% are around 125 HP and the 100% are around 175 I believe and we have bigger but with Craig's compounds on the race tune it wouldn't even begin to clean up with the bigger nozzles

Our new 150% over is what i made 1336hp on with plenty left over and holds full rail pressure...to run good fuel only numbers i have to turn it down a tune so the turbo doesnt get choked out
