How loud is a full exhaust on the 6.4?

Yup, mine is the same. I get more whistle noise at idle than anything else.

My spartan on the 250 tune really takes a lot to make it have any smoke, and even that is minimal. FYI

No smoke tuning is from Matt @ Gearhead from what I hear... I'm sure he can even tune it better for your driving conditions

You getting pretty decent mileage with that tune? Would you tow with it?

Get an exhaust with a muffler and you'll be fine.

I also have Spartan tuning. I ran the 250 for a bit and I did tow my boat a few times. I got 14 mpg around town and 19-20 on highway at 65-70 mph. I run the 300 tune now. Love it!
