If you do the AD now, unless you do the CAT filter or something else similar, the filtration (down to 4 microns) isn't better than stock. Of course, the filter is a LOT easier to change. Unless you do the fuel bowl delete, you still have to get replace that one and you can't buy them separate last time I checked.

You can't already tried.

Thanks for the info

So after I did the egr delete, truck was still puking coolant.

Bought a new coolant cap, and bam! No more puking! Only did one hard run though.

Hope that's what it was, so only time will tell.

Also set the h&s to read back pressure and fuel psi. Making about 64 on back pressure and 22-24 kpa on fuel pressure at WOT

All of this seem normal??

Yes that seems normal for the back pressure and fuel pressure. I am willing to bet that you popped a head gasket though. Go out and do a few more hard runs and then check it again. I hope for your sake, that it was just the cap, but not likely.

So I changed my h&s to easy tuning. Getting a 3 egr delete codes and a random code. Cleared them. I then hit trans and it froze up on me. Stayed frozen for an hr trying to initialize communication. I un plugged it and plug it back now. Now my trans is shift really wired. Have to let out of it to get it to go into next get, and hardly any power in the truck.

Should I set it back to the HD300'tune?

The egr codes are because the easy tunes cycle the egr at idle. I bet that something got screwed up when the unit froze. Try going back to the HD tunes and if that doesn't work, you may have to format the SD card, do a complete download and update the firmware on the device.

I would be amazed if that cured your coolant issue but would be sweet if it did. I think they update their firmware etc pretty frequently, I would just check at their site. Ohh and please give those front seats some leather care luv.

From my experience KR stuff isn't the best. Meguiar's just came out with some great products in a black bottle. Lexol works well too. I never use a cleaner cause it seems to dry the KR leather too easily. Unless you need to clean it

Since this hasn't gone to much figured its time to update.

Trucks still puking a little, so after I get a little money back from the holidays and taxes, hope to get my build underway.

Plans:
6.0 manis

HD up pipes and bellows

Pistons- need opinions. I'm thinking IH pistons maybe coated and delipped

Ported intake- who's?? Seen a few people run DD, RCD, ect.

4in down pipe

Arp or ellite h1 studs- not sure yet. Thinking arp though.

Possibly a 71 or 72 atmo

Going to tear into motor, mostly in the summer and see how valve terrain and all is. If it needs update wi update accordingly.

Any suggestions on parts will be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure arp will be ur only option since A1 no longer exist....unless elite has found a new manufacturer for their studs.
