Finished the install on a stock not deleted truck. Definitely more power thanks tock. Worth the money!!!

Was wondering how these worked in the 6.7's. they do great in 7.3 and 6.0

my guess is , the stock turbo guys will benefit no matter what. i would be more concerned with where bp and wheel speed is. i assume turbo rpm and bp will come down, hopefully someone has the data to support before and after !

According to south east power and bob Riley it does not need to be balance because the large frame garret turbos are component balanced. Shaft speed is reduced because it's more efficient. The OE wheel has 10 blades, WW2 has 11. OE is not round, the WW2 is. OE is 4.2oz, WW2 is 3.8oz.

So wouldn't less Rpms and less weight mean less stress on the shaft ?

Wondering how much you would gain on a deleted and tuned truck? So far I have only seen it run on stock trucks.

The truck it went on will most likely be getting deleted in the the next couple days, and I will also be ordering on for my truck and will see how it runs with a war hammer tune.

Well the drop in rpms and bp should really help the stock charger stay alive. I'm glad to see some info on these. Please keep us posted it could be a very good "reliability" upgrade.

so in saying that it should drop shaft speed, does that mean its producing more boost and it opens the gate sooner in return dropping shaft rpm and easing stress?

the only thing i'm now wondering is how turbo rpm can drop if utilizing a lighter wheel. i wanna believe it boost increases, bp and rpm will go up. just remedial thinking here on my end. now if it spools slower that may help with the low end bp these things are known for making.

if this wheel builds boost easier, would that mean that it doesnt have to spin as fast? Cast wheel that flexes more needs more rpm to build boost? Billet wheel that isnt suppose to flex needs less rpm to build the same amount of boost as the cast wheel?

Im curious to see how this performs. I installed a ww2 on a 7.3 with a 38r turbo and was impressed, if it works well on the 6.7's my truck will get one.
