Touché, it could have had a weak pump, I'll swap the IDM when I get back to work in the AM. I'll report back if it still doesn't start

Swapped with a known good IDM, and I also swapped a good IPR and ICP sensor in. Buzz test was good. Still crank/no start. And still no smoke out the pipe while cranking......

ICP voltage is .23-.25 with KOEO. IpR duty cycle is around %15 cranking. ICP psi cranking is around 350ish then jumps up to 2500ish after extended crank.

That 2500 number is a default once the computer senses an extended crank.

that 350 number is why it wont start. Ignore the reading after extended crank.

Block off the passenger side head at the pump and see if it will start on just one bank, then do the same thing for the drivers side. If it will not start with either blocked...more than likely its pump/IPR related

I'll block off each head at the pump and test that

Yup.... I tried that and still no dice. Still working to block off each head

Feel free to move the ICP sensor to the active head if you feel the need to. That way you can monitor what it reads on both sides.

You will only want to pay attention to it for the first 5-8 seconds of cranking, after that it may default to a number above 2000 which is not an accurate reading.

pull the valve covers if your totally lost and see what it does when cranking

I guess i assumed he did that while he had valve covers off before that he would watch for that but I guess it wasnt mentioned till now. It would have to be a fully blown oring like you said.

With KOEO, what voltage should I see out of the valve cover harness plug? 5v for glow plugs and 12v for injectors? Trying to test power coming out of harness to isolate electrical problems

I pulled VC and check all the harness. Everything is fine.... What would cause the injectors not to fire besides everything I have already checked?

One last question, the IDM does not fire the injectors unless it can see 500psi from the ICP correct?
