Thanks everyone for the help. It was the low pressure pump.

So I took it to a shop and they told me they think it's the low pressure fuel pump. He wants $740 parts and labor. The ford dealership up the road want $350 for the pump. How hard is it to change the pump?

Are there alot of sensors to check. I have a 2011 that I can borrow stuff from to check and see of that's the problem. Maybe the fuel pressure switch?

I was thinking maybe a sensor or something like that because it will run fine after I clear the codes until it throws the code again which doesn't take long. It does seem to be worse when putting more load on the engine.

P0093 and p008a

It has 138k miles on it.

I have a 2012 f350. It comes up low fuel pressure on the dash. It's throwing codes p0093 and p008a. It runs fine after I clear the codes but doesn't take long before it pops back up. Sometimes it'll shutdown. Any ideas of what the problem is? I had the fuel filters changed 2000 miles ago and...

Did you ever figure out what was wrong. I have a 2012 that's got the same codes?

Yeah I'll definitely save all the old parts when I do it. I still have all the stuff from the 2011 f250 that I have.
