less boost? does it still pull the same? did you end up putting in the banks kit with pipes? whats the egt while running down the highway mine is 950-1200 with stocker and intake temp about 78-86*f at the mass air.

Thanks for the info , I and running innovatives ficm tuner , on inductive heat tune , think its 10 or 15 hp . I am going to give eric a call and see if something in the tuning can be adjusted first...

good info thanks, once I get some more money I think I may try an intercooler, but I was just talking to a buddy and he was saying to see if I can got my tuning adjusted by eric , truck has no boost or exhaust leaks , highway its running 4-9 psi boost too

Update to this- I dynod the turbo with 190/75 Warren injectors on Eric Innovatives Diesel extreme street tune and I laid down 596 hp 999 tq. but ranout of fuel pressure, so I just ordered a1000 and filter setup. I plan to redyno later this summer so I will update later.

Hey, info for truck studded , egr delete, 190/75 warren sticks, 66 vgt mad turbo, afe innercooler tubes, bd diesel manifolds. Question is , how much does a aftermarket innercooler make a difference on egt? I only have had this set up for month now but egt are to high. Old set up 155/stock...
