250/80 Injectors from Swamps. Went through by FF about 2000 miles ago. Would take $2000 OBO, will need a good used set of stockers. CSD T4i kit for Super Duty with IC and Intake Piping. 364.5 turbo. Would take $2,000 OBO. If you had decent factory stuff I'd consider working on price.

How do you guys think a set of AD or AC injectors would run with a 364.5 with a 74/80 wheel, and a 1.0 housing?

That is exactly what my thought it. Some tuners have said they can "fix" most of it I've got a cold start tune enroute, that may minimize it. . I've talked to the company that built them, and one more and they alluded to it being normal due to not being able to atomize the fuel, but for it to go...

It does. Smokes 0 once eot is around 120-140 as verified by my aftermarket gauge.

So I contacted a couple of injector builders, both of them tell me that it is not a tuning issue. It is more or less just the way it is with 238/80s or 250/80's. Really considering selling these and going back to stockish. I dislike any smoke.

Thanks for the info! Sweet it is better than the BASB. Really not a fan of all the secrecy surrounding them.

What size exhaust wheel/turbine housing did you get?

How many minutes do they smoke typically? and who's tuning do you run?

Thanks guys. So I guess it may be worthwhile to add a different PCM, as a portion of fixing this.

Curious if this is common. Got a set of 238/80's that smoke on cold start, until eot reaches like 140-160. Then as if by magic perfect no smoke. No bad hot, or cold start performance and no missing. I had them pulled and flow tested, they found 1 bad nozzle and the rest were good...

Bump any other thoughts?

Their dyno is comparing a 68/110 basb charger, to a 73/.91 sxe.

Been reviewing the crankcase pressure test spec, aka blow by using a magnahelic gauge or water manometer. I noted that on the 94-97 trucks the spec was below 6" WC at WOT, 99-2003 trucks the spec is below 4" WC at WOT. Any guess why the spec would be changed?
