I don't think my truck is that bad. IIRC since the rebuild the 250's will haze a little even when its warm outside until I drive it a bit. Before the rebuild My original stock injectors would't haze only the 250's. Then after the rebuild I had a different set of stock injectors that would haze...- INFRNL

I believe it's just a standard rebuild, IDK. I had head studs added, beehive valve springs, smith bros push rods and a colt cam. I will say after the rebuild it seemed to have less torque on the bottom end at first stab...but that's a different delima and I wonder if it's from the cam It's also...- INFRNL

6.0 fan on OBS Results....
I got a van fan clutch that I will be using in my 76 7.3 project. I have not confirmed but it's a shallower mount for limited space- INFRNL

No, it doesn't use/ burn oil...maybe amounts in milliliters but nothing out of the ordinary. Yeah, the amount of haze is enough to call the hazmat team. It does clear up some as it starts warming up and not too bad once warm and has been driven. I wonder if that has anything to do with my poor...- INFRNL

I'm at 6500'. (short answer to second part is... when I first got them I thought they cleared up after fully warm and ran for a while but would haze as it started to cool after sitting. for the past several years, I would say there was still a slight haze eve after warmed up/ driven) With the...- INFRNL

A better 7.3 cam sensor!
I've never had issues with BWD and they used to provide the best economy and performance way back when. I have a new alliant that I will be trying here soon -

I ended up getting new 205/30's and running a 364 SX-R. I believe I am getting at least 2mpg better on fuel economy and that is racing around on new setup vs normal driving on the 250/100's. there could be some variables at play giving some false info in regards to economy. @psduser1 thanks for sharing your experience. Have you had any issues with excessive smoke or EGT's? Also did you go with new injectors or remans? Years ago I didn't think there would be any difference but I've seen many say if you have the budget to go new. My reman FFD 250/100's have been fine...- INFRNL

haha...that's how I feel. Everything was great when i was stock. Ever since mods..I've never been 100% happy with any tunes/ performance.
