    6.7 blows alot of smoke.

I ran spratan tunes for a while and that is right that you don't need to unplug the e g r or throttle. My ez lynk tunes I have to. From my understanding it's for aftermarket intercooler pipes that take out the throttle body. But the plug still will pick up voltage variations hence it affects...

    6.7 blows alot of smoke.

One thing to try if it's tuned is check under the throttle body and see if that connection if unplugged. If it's got a decent tune that'll need to be unplugged otherwise it'll smoke and not spool good off the bottom. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Fan clutch

That's a tough call. It's a pain but I'd probe the wiring to the clutch, see if the clutch is getting what the computer is sending. If it is, clutch is bad, if not you're going to have to go deeper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Fan clutch

I'm assuming you checked all wiring to clutch? They say bad things happen in 3, so you're right on par. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Fan clutch

Haven't had a 6.7 fan clutch do out, but I know a 6.0 will throw a soft code. (Your snapon scanner will pick it up). They will still spin free if the electrical goes bad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Help: Rudys Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade

I had to replace two clamps too. They didn't have the right size. But yeah, if it works it'll still be better than the factory pipe! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Help: Rudys Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade

Been down this road, dirt man. Bought a Rudy's, fought installation ( hit on my intercooler coolant elbow). Never sealed, sounded like a tea kettle. Bought a h&s full silicone. Have never regretted it since. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    SCT EGT Probe Install Questions

Definitely a not a recommended placement for performance. Install a egr block plate with the egt bung welded in. It's in the valley up by your intake on the passengers side of the motor. That will do little to no good where it's at. Makes me question how legit your diesel shop is... Sent...

    Mpg

2016 running Midwest tuning, 3.31 gears with 35" tires, absolute intake, factory vgt. At the pump usually 17.5-18 depending on how many highway and town miles. Fwiw, ran s partan before ez lynk, made the same, saw very little observable difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Cracked nozzle after oil change...related or bad luck?

I'd definitely check the water separator, make sure it's all good. Water doesn't compress in injectors very well. Glad it's an obvious problem. It's the occasional glitch that really is frustrating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I got a new sensor in box for sct x4 with the firewire. Don't know if they're the same but I'd make deal on it for you to try.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
