ISSPRO Performax Gauges - 8 gauges + ESP

I have a complete isspro gauge package for sale. This was on my 7.3 excursion for about 10k miles but I have since gone to a CTS. Everything was removed in perfect working order approximately a year ago and has been sitting sealed in a box in my basement since then. All wiring and senders are...

    Nervous about egr delete.

No need to be nervous. It's a pretty easy job like the others have said and it's so much nicer to drive and I don't have to worry about any of the emissions stuff crapping out.

    Show us your trailer

Any problems at all with it? I saw on another forum that a couple people found bad welds and peeling paint on theirs. Debating between that and a PJ maybe.

    Torque Pro

The sensors that it is looking at are all in the DPF so will show lower temps as the exhaust is downstream and cooling. Those aren't the proper EGT temps to monitor. You will need to put a sensor in the exhaust manifold.

    my build/weight reduction thread.

Looking good! I did the same (minus the intercooler) and am enjoying all of it and the mileage gains. The intercooler and piping will be my next upgrade!

    EGR Removal

I doused the bolts with PB blaster the night before and then warmed the truck up before I went at them and had no issues at all breaking them loose.

    Protecting Unused Plugs

I packed mine with dielectric grease and then put a layer of electrical tape, a layer of 10mil pipe tape and then used a zip tie to make sure the tape wouldn't come undone. No problems so far.

What Winch for a road armor bumper and truck?

I have a Warn M15000 and its great. You could go with a 12k winch but I got a smoking deal on the 15k so i went with it. I've never used any other brand so can't comment on them but I've had no problems with my Warn and replacement parts are available if needed. I put synthetic rope on mine and...

    Lubrication Engineers Fleet Savings Calculator

In your first spreadsheet (the fleet example), isn't that showing that LE costs $272k more (over 5 years) then the current supplier or am I reading it wrong?
