I made a mistake by listing older connector. I have the ProLine connector, but it is with software version 9.11 thus not needing the security USB dongle. I thought there was a new connector not just an added security USB device.

Reasonable offers?

Purchased 05/11 from Diesel Power Products. It is the old style connector and has the Total Ford Bundle. $310 shipped to the Continental 48. PM is best way to reach me since I don't check the forum everyday.

Either cut the tint around it or you will need some kind of filler between the dot matrix and tint to fill the voids. I've read where superglue was used. Just make sure it doesn't have ammonia in it as it reacts with the adhesive on the tint.

I have seen 35's as D rating, General Grabber AT2's. Which is a relatively cheaper priced tire by the way.

You could have the supercharger clutched to not produce boost after you get off of the "low end". You would essentially be "wastegating" the supercharger. I can't speak to the cost difference, or amount of work needed, but it does qualify as different.

Cutting threads usually isn't a good idea if you help it. Most bolts, at least the good ones, are rolled threads. Cut threads have stress risers all over them. A better solution, if possible, would be to re-install the block on top of the spring as a spacer. Of course, the best option is new...

Any Cummins places near you? I got mine at Cummins Power South, but I doubt you have one of those due to the "South" part.

There is definitely gains to be had by tuning the intake through runner length versus plenum volume, but I don't have any clue what the relative gain would be. Also, the tuning will only be applicable to a single RPM value. Yes, you are forcing the air in, but when the valves open, choked flow...

What was the purpose of the pickling and passivization? More so, how beneficial is it on a set of headers?
