Axle swap

I am wanting to go with 3:73 gears. I am not 100% on swapping the axles just yet but just figured I would get all the info in one post just in case I defiantly want to swap suspension for a better ride unless there is a better option. I am open to suggestions for sure.

Axle swap

Ok so I am thinking about selling the dana 60 front axle and the rear axle with suspension from my 96 F350 and picking up a set of axles and suspension from a 99-04 superduty. My question is what all will I need to do this swap and what would be a fair price to ask for the axles that are under...

Can this truck still tow? Or is it strictly a show truck? As for the spots that are not cleared you should take it back to your salesman that sold you the truck and see what he says. I would guess the look on his face would make the trip worth while lol

Auto to Manual swap?

So is the input shaft on the zf5 the same as on the 6? I am trying to figure out what I would have to do for a clutch. Also will the hydraulics work the same or are they different.

What Do You Tow?

it doesn't really have that much pin weight on it. Probably more than needed but it towed quite well. I only went about 20 miles and was loading in the rain so I just wanted it on the trailer LOL. I normally watch the tow vehicle when loading it and when it starts pushing down on the tow vehicle...
