Was hoping to get some feedback, but I guess I'll find out soon enough. Replaced all the o rings in the injectors and hpop rails and there were no leaks found all afternoon. I'm doing a bullet proof oil cooler and ported intake also, and today things finally started going back on the truck. Hope... -

04 6.0 No Start. New HPOP
Ok, I was just curious. I have the early model with no start and I'm fixing some leaks I found. I'm afraid of whether or not my pump is going to be bad since it was only making 250psi after I swapped in a new IPR. Guess I'll find out in a week or two when I get it back together. -

I replaced the ipr and pressure is up to 250psi. Screen was cracked and had what I later discovered was gasket material on it. Did an air test and found leaks on the passenger injectors. Replaced o rings on injectors and oil rail. 2nd air test exposed the new weak link on the driver side... -

Regulated return billet return block
Does anything know where to get a return block similar to the sinister or driven kits? I already have the hard lines from the back of my head from doing a crossover, and enough line around to complete the kit. Seems pointless to spend $600 on an entire kit for just the one piece I need.- CLT2005

High flow coolant filter options
I was going to keep a spare filter on hand and watch my deltas the same as I do now. The difference being a filter change would be much cheaper than changing a clogged oil cooler. -

Is IPR the only option out there for high flow coolant filters? I currently ha a bypass kit installed, but I am installing a bullet proof diesel oem oil cooler relocation. I want to install a coolant filter inline prior to the coolant reaching the oil cooler, but I don't think my sinister/wix... -
