I have an OBS I swapped to hydroboost and without the power assist it wont stop for crap. The vacuum seemed to work better- kanuck15

If you dont have it you can wire it in. But that all depends how much you like pulling your dash harness and door harnesses. Its not a pretty swap but its been done- kanuck15

Thats not how the OBS trucks program their key fobs. First off if you dont have a black box under the dash that looks like this a key fob wont do crap for you If you do have this box then here is the OBS procedure Ive used a few times To program (or reprogram) transmitter(s) into the...- kanuck15

So breaking this down to basics you just cut the ends off an OBS harness, route them so they meet in the middle of the harness and connect them to the SD repair pigtails? then use SD gaskets and SD UVCHs?- kanuck15

Got me stumped!
Let me start from scratch so you know what I know. Truck came in with no fuel pressure, replaced the pump, replaced the fuel bowl (found a crack). while the fuel bowl was out I cleaned the screens on the FPR, replaced all the rubber hoses, checked all the fuel bowl harness wiring and rewrapped...- kanuck15

Got me stumped!
Fills the fuel bowl like a champ. But then just a dribble out of the fittings at the back of the heads But to be sure of that I unhooked the line after the selector valve, blew it clean with the air hose and put it well submerged in a can of fresh diesel. No change- kanuck15

Got me stumped!
I forgot this was on here, This project got way out of hand. I rebuilt the IPR and got HPO back. Still no fuel pressure. Turns out I had a bad fuel pump right out of the box- kanuck15

1994.5 F250 RC/LB PSD 5 speed. Grampain PA
I am getting rid of my 94.5 PSD. I am not going to lie its going to need work. Its got 313k on it and it shows its age. Ive been working on it and fixing things as I go. Its a driving project in that manor. I have swapped 04 axles under it with 3.73 gears. Stock 350 suspension though so it rides... -
