Hey now don't knock mercedes. They make a darn fine boat anchor. Running the haul trucks we had the KW with a cat would walk away from the Volvo but the Volvo would roll a hill much better than the KW. All the Autocars we had all ran the Cummins motors. 37's on a 4"
I run 20's with 35's and have absolutely no issues. I haul my 35ft 10ton gooseneck with my construction king Case backhoe and have never had an issue. Running F450 stuff on F350 dually
The short turning radius axle you were thinking of was the super 60 option that came on the 450 and 550. We had one in our 550 and it was great with the stock tires on it. Good luck with the rear swap though. I would look into doing some baer brakes if you are just wanting larger brakes...- DieselCowboy

20x10 rims on stock height
I have the 20x10 rockstars with 35s. The negative offset they have with a tire that size wouldn't fit with a stock height truck. Like dzlpwr said it would depend on the tire size you want to run.- DieselCowboy

you could go with a 2 inch shackle lift and be good to go. I made the shackles on my truck out of 3/8 plate and they work great. Selling My 5" Stacks and Plumbing
Like the title says I am selling my stacks and all the plumbing to install in another truck. Absolutely no rust on anything. Stacks are mitre cut and black chrome. Stacks and plumbing is 5". Comes with the reducer to go from 5" to 4" pipe. Asking $250 for all.- DieselCowboy

I was told by my ford parts dealer that the reason they don't sell just the orings anymore is because when the old bleeder valve is reused then it is prone to crack. Over time the plastic gets brittle and cracks in between the valve and fuel bowl. Looks like the orings are bad but it is the...- DieselCowboy

Good luck with finding the orings. NAPA might have them but the one here was out of stock. I just replaced my fuel drain valve cause it did the same thing. Ford only sells the entire drain valve not the orings. Cost is $75. Torx bit is what you need. T20 is the size. Remember there is 3...- DieselCowboy
