long story short, I picked up a set of rims/tires from a guy and they came with 37s. i've never seen a 99-04 with 37s that just have a leveling kit. So i put them on recently and took some pictures. Turning was a giant Bich, i just pulled out of the shop to take some quick pics and pulled it back inside to remove.

on the Right is my current, 16x8 rims with 305s, Left are the 17x10 Toyo 37s

now i see a huge difference in size between my winter rims (stock rim painted black with another 305 STT) and the new rear 37

Thanks Country, i really like the look of it. but just not enough room to steer
I know what you mean Stroker, turning is the only issue. if all i had to do was drive in a straight line, then i'd be perfect!

Gotcha. If the tires are rubbing the fender or bumper, the spacers would only make it travel more when you turn. And no I didn't take geometry.

Exactly.

Keep those wheels tucked in, I bet they would fit with a bumper trim.

OP - What bumper is that?

its one i made a few years ago. planning on chopping the sides off and making a different design with it.
works well for blocking deer and also adds as a weight box for pulling a sled. top section comes off and i can add a few hundred lbs to it

you could go with a 2 inch shackle lift and be good to go. I made the shackles on my truck out of 3/8 plate and they work great. I was running 38.5x15.5 nitto mud grapplers for while with just a 3" block in the rear and a mini pack with my shackle and an addaleaf up front. The only rubbing I got was on the springs. Course I was running stock backspacing.

in my original post, i stated that i was only putting them on for picture purpose only. i have no desires to run 37s on my truck. i can't turn with them, not practical
