Hello Everyone Sorry to hear about some of the issues with your vehicles. Unfortunately, the 6.4 and 6.7 Powerstrokes have shown significant signs of chassis flex during our testing. This flex, in most situations, is taken out of the front cooling stack. I've worked with customers who have had...

What is the best radiator and intercooler upgrade

Hey CTC DEEZUL, Thank you for the post. We do still have the magnetic drain plug. The reason ours comes all the way out to drain, is so that you can see if the magnet has caught any metal particles that may pass through your system if something is going wrong. For any additional questions...

    Mishimoto’s Secondary Radiator R&D Thread for ’11-16 6.7L

Thank you for posting the link! It appears that our tech team fixed the original links over the weekend. I'll contact a mod and try to remove the new one that doesn't work. The thermostats are actually already very low-temp thermostats from the factory; the way to improve this radiator was...

Hey guys, sorry if I wasn't as clear as I guess I thought I had been, but the six degree drop is actually referring to intake air as it leaves the intercooler (measured at the cold pipe); cold-side charge air is six degrees F cooler with our secondary rad installed than we measured it being with...
