I've been running Kem tuning for 10,000 miles now, I leave it on the tow setting and haven't had any problems

Do you guys think this has been the cause to some of the lower end bearing failures? Ford usually tears it down and finds what failed( spun bearing) , orders the new motor and sends the old one to ford and you never hear why the bearing failed.. Thanks guys

Ford replaced the output shaft seal on mine, said there was a bulletin out on it, I have 200 miles on now and have not heard it since... But I haven't been beating on it a hole lot. But what little I have accelerated at 3/4 throttle I have not heard it, and as loud as it was before I would not...

I know you said 11-14s but I am running KEM on my 15 and there is nothing I would change about it, good clean power and shifts great

I deleted my 15 at 10,000 miles and I have 16,000 on it now... I loved my 6.0 I traded in for this truck, I liked my 6.7 when I got it, but now I love it!

I feel you, I love my 6.7 as well. I did delete mine though, and you think you love it now, wait until you delete it. I wanted reliability and Longevity, which I think in stock form you don't have to worry a hole lot about on a 6.7, but I like the noise and letting the truck run like they should...

Oh I was skeptical as well...

No my ford dealer works with me, ford had a bulletin out on this, they know I treat my truck good and deleting it had no part in this repair. They had the new seal this morning and I had it back by lunch the same day

My truck is a 2015... 16,000 miles deleted since 10. I saw the for sheet and I think it could happen on any year 6r140 I think

There is hope, just got my truck back from ford for the loud squeal when it shifted from 4-5, There was a bulletin out for the output shaft seal making noise during a shift with pressure up against it? That is what my ford dealer told me in those terms. They replaced mine with an updated seal...

Anyone have tranny issues that are deleted?

So I am hoping to get a warrantied tranny.... So "if" I get it it is probably worth it then to just take the tranny somewhere and have some weak links fixed? I wonder what the saving are with a good tranny and having it fixed or the weak spots built vs a hole new built tranny God I love...

So what are you going to do?

Yeah mine didn't do it until I got an update on my tuner... I reflashed, hope it doesn't do it tomorrow. I am going to try the manual way to and see if it does it there too.... I dot want to spend 6,000$ on a tranny Are we thinking the noise is the start to a failure? Or a tuning issue?
