Advice on Barder stage 2
I don't think Wildman X (and from what I've heard some of Vivian's tunes) are going to do you any favors with the low end. With Wildman X, it's basically all fuel and very little turbo until I would hit 32% throttle at the "light switch". Sounds like SRL+ worked well for you though. My PHP...- Gadgetguru

Where are you located? Is your truck an early or late '04? I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a Stage 2 but your statement about the loss of low end power has my interest. Curious what tune you are using (Edit: Looney Fuel?). Assuming you are not using a FICM tuner.- Gadgetguru

Guys with stacks...
I have 5" Aussie stacks. It's loud but I can live with it. However, when towing it will make your ears bleed. My Grand Rock stack exhaust came with "mufflers" that go inside the stacks but I've never used them to see what difference they make.- Gadgetguru

Are you saying it is noticeable? You could install a sump if getting fuel from the tube is an issue.- Gadgetguru

MBRP Up-Pipes
Did mine in my driveway (cab on). Seems to be leak free so far. Good point about the black paint. I used silver on my exhaust and have found leaks by seeing the soot. Unfortunately I wasn't prepared, all I had was black and needed it done so I could drive to work the next day. I did not...- Gadgetguru

Not sure about any gains. The bellow on my stock y-pipe had been bad for a while and had to wait until I could afford a new one. Couldn't beat the deal on the MBRP. Good product for the money. After installing the MBRP y-pipe it was so much nicer driving my truck. No more high pitched...- Gadgetguru

Had them on for about a week and half. Got them for $238. Seem to be a decent stock replacement. The SS bellows are big and have an interlock lining. I think the welds could have been a little better on the pipes though.- Gadgetguru
