Sounds like a normal operating EBPV. it will do just that until the engine warms up. Many folks delete it because it is also a spot that tends to leak oil as well. Some like to keep it to help warm the truck up faster. I got rid of it myself - your choice.

Did you run a KOEO (key on engine off) test through autoenginuity? Also, how did the injector buzz test sound when it got to #4?

Thanks - I have had a Van turbo on my F-250 for 8 years or so. With the 1.15 housing, the DI intercooler & Tony's tunes the EGT's are good while towing. Leaning towards another T-4 style mount since that's what I have on our Excursion. That way I can swap turbo's around to try different setups....

For comparison - With the 160/80 injectors, T500 pump, S366 turbo, 3" lift & 33" tires I averaged 17 mpg on my 650 mile trip home from Denver, averaging 70-75 mph. So I think you can get the mileage back up - just need to find the cause.
