Mine is a 14 and I got the tunes less than a month ago. I stopped calling because I wasn't getting anywhere

I also have the SCT X4 with g tunes and while the power is awesome, the trans tuning is terrible. I drive it manual mode under 50 mph just so I can shift it when it should shift. Once its in 6th and on the highway its all good.

Thanks for all your responses but it might be a moot issue now. I was going to trade my truck in on a 2016 E350 SRW cut away but after doing research I find that those vans only have a 3000lb tow capacity, which makes it useless as far as I'm concerned. So I guess I will try to find a CC 450 V10.

What's different? Is it the way it handles, steers, is the ride different. I would have to assume death wobble would be a thing of the past with that setup, which is the main reason I want it.

I have the same noises. I got under there and checked the fluid levels in the transfer case and the rear diff. Both were 1qt low. It still makes noise, it's quieter but it is still there, I think my transfer case is toast. It seems Ford doesn't know how to fill them correctly from the factory...

Another vote for the Reese Dual cam. Its what I use, it works great I have no sway. The Hensley is way too expensive and I don't need it. The Hensley would be very hard to use in those off camber camp sites.

I am going to have to sell my SCT too.

I have the G tunes and my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts are very lazy. I really can't tell if it's slipping but either way its very annoying.

It's more common to see the low pressure pump fail but at least that's an easy fix.

I really like that color, the more I see it the more I like it.

Where do you buy them, the Ford dealer?
