I came up with this. You use the van shackle, don’t remember the year pre 91 I think. But don’t hold me to that. I just had to drill out the spring side for the bigger super duty bolt.

I was the one making a spacer. I will post a pic later.

Funny you bring this up. I have all the pieces except the meoe 96. The 1071 looks the same to me and I can’t figure out what’s different. I do have a spacer that was made to prevent tie rod roll and will only work with oem boots. I have never seen spicer part numbers for any of the ford Dana 60.

I don't like all the filters under the truck and putting a system together. I like keeping things factory when I can as with most my mods. The stock system worked great, but the new pumps suck and I can't get more than a year out of them.

I can monitor the fuel pressure with a gauge, I will have to do that. I used the superduty fuel bowl, factory lines, high flow riffraff fittings to heads, and frx to get rid of the dead head. It almost feels like a boost leak. I'm going to test for leaks first.

Just got done with efuel and it doesn't seem to the take off power as it used to. Has 60psi to the fuel bowl. I did go with riffraff high flow banjo bolts but I don't think that would make a difference? I went with a super duty system with frame mounted pump. Runs great but seems lacking power...

Pulley won't work. I have tried.

I couldn't get a pulley to match up and I tried a lot of them. For someone that wants a nice reservoir for fairly cheap lee power steering in California has one that can be custom made for about 200-250 with a nice billet bracket. You can have your fittings put on where you want them also...

4 bolt is o ring seal. 2 bolt is flare.

The only thing I found different on the pumps are where the inlet for the feed was located. Nice work!

Bumping this to the top since I'm in the middle of this swap myself. On the rear head drivers side were you able to remove the fitting or did you have to cut it? I have a single piece one and looks like it will hit the up pipes?

I wouLd run it for a little while, then pull it. I always had leaks with those filters.
