    you were right about the fuel system. Tim checked his fuel gauge today and it was working correctly. I blew out the lines, and still only had 10-12PSI. We brainstormed a bit and decided to try swapping the new fuel pump out for the original one that had come out of the truck. Fired it back up...

    hpop pressure is definitely on the list of things we need to do, didnt have the correct size fitting though. Injectors have about 125k on them

    4-5 years ago I got a diesel rad support from the body shop who did my frame repairs supplier. Might be worth trying that route. As said already, all the ones you can find online are NOT the right ones, but the one that I have is absolutely the right piece

    yes does. Its not bad, I put 3:73 axles under it so its not too quick around town. its definitely pretty short. My rear driveshaft is under 24" long
