    6.0 intercooler w/plastic leaking?

    I have a 6.0 intercooler with plastic "tanks" on my OBS. Of course it's leaking now by the hot side tank/core joint. Did any of the 6.0s come with an OEM ALL aluminum version? I don't want to lay out $1200 for a "Mishy".

    Belt tensioner?

    I pulled my 7.3 for what hopefully will be a quick reseal? I would like to replace the belt tensioner. I can't find a replacement that looks like mine? Was the original tensioner a single idler unit? Would a Motorcraft BT-50 fit?

    Bore scope through injector cup?

    Has anyone tried to bore scope through an injector cup hole to check for a cross hatch on a cylinder wall with the piston at the bottom of the stroke? I know that hole is small.
