VGT Open at idle... What am I missing?

Check and make sure the tube isn't all plugged with goop too.

    Clutch issues

If you're using the throw out fork, release bearing, and **** they sent you, check the part numbers on it. Make sure they're not for the wrong truck. Like a 1998-2000 or so truck. With a 7.3 in it. Just worth a look.

    TPMS LIGHT ON ON 6.4

I can do them also, I'm in London, Ontario, Canada. I use a different hardware method to do it.

2008 ccsb with a titan tank

You can configure an 08 as a Plasan Sand cat with a single 40 gallon tank, but that appears to be as large as you can go. And I'm not sure what happens since there's a pile of warning messages that say "if you do this it might mess some **** up, and you take responsibility for doing it".

cracked injector cup from over tq

Did you crack the cup (you could visibly see coolant leaking into the cup) or did you just destroy the sealing washer causing the combustion gas to leak into the return rail?

CCOT was used until 2010. Txv usage began in 2011.

It is a CCOT SYSTEM. CYCLING CLUTCH ORIFICE TUBE.

My brain hurts after reading that. Your knowledge of air conditioning in an automotive application is not adequate to diagnose this problem. A super duty doesn't have an expansion valve.

    ids issues with tuned truck

And IDS doesn't allow you to disable tpms by selection of an option. Early early versions may have but I can't recall.

    ids issues with tuned truck

You have to know what data to change and what to change it to. I turned tpms off on a 2011 with IDS v90. So it can be done. The later versions of IDS actually make it easier to turn off - believe it or not. Whoever said it is correct in saying there is no point and shoot option to turn it...

    6.4 auto to zf6

I'm fairly certain they will accept the same software. The problem lies in when flashing the software to the PCM with IDS, the software will ask for the VIN, then download the ASBUILT for that VIN from the master database. I haven't tried to blank path an automatic PCM to manual, but I suspect...

    Manual Transmission Fluid

Friend of mine is running Redline in his, seems to work pretty good. If it's cold out, you may want to run an ATF in there, I believe there was a TSB for it but cannot remember the number off hand.

    upgraded zf6 hydraulics

I'm pretty sure the setup that's in my buddy's truck currently has a longer-than-stock slave pushrod, but I can't remember offhand. It was the remnants of the last attempt we made at making it driveable with the south bend clutch in it. The south bend clutch in his truck did not work properly...

If anybody needs to borrow tpms tool

I can do deletes on-site without H&S tuning installed on truck. I am in the London, Ontario, Canada area. 08-14, can delete TPMS. PM me if interested, or close by. Will travel, but you're paying for the fuel.

    upgraded zf6 hydraulics

The real upgrade is welding a chain to it and using that south bend clutch as a boat anchor. Firstly: They likely sent you an early (pre 2000) style release arm. Verify this by looking at the number stamped into it. Secondly: The release bearing is likely incorrect for the application...
