    2008 F-250..Insurance buy back

Well.....it happened. A kid smashed into me and the Insurance company totaled my rig. The reason being is that the parts could not be sourced. Damage was on passenger side doors and front quarter panel. Truck drives, runs, shifts and operates flawlessly. Like nothing ever happened. I've decided...

    Elite dual fueler pully

So I snapped my dual fueler belt. No biggie I think NAPA has direct replacements. My question...can I get bearings for the pullys? One spins freely and the other seems seized. She won't turn at all. Is it easier to just get replacements or swap out the bearings on the ones there? AND.....which...

    No start after injector swap

It was an Elite Diesel build from 2011. Outside of the injectors, it's been flawless. Been reliable through and through.

    No start after injector swap

My guess is the first set of injectors I bought were bad. I wasn't gonna open the valve covers again with any uncertainty...so I bought new. I should of done that to begin with but the 100 overs I got were cheap...and I paid..twice!!!...Don't do cheap...lesson learned

    No start after injector swap

Update...... Bit the bullet and bought brand new 60 overs from RCD. Swapped the injrctors and bled the high pressure side with a home made banjo bolt bleeder. Cycled the key and dumped the fuel into a milk carton. Did that about 8 times. She fired right up and is running better than ever. It's...

    No start after injector swap

Thank you for the reply I did bleed the system through the banjo bolt on top of the fuel cooler. Ton of air. Im seeing 5000 or so psi of rail pressure on my dashdaq. Getting black smoke during crank. She sounds like its about to fire but just won't. Also my fuel gauge doesn't work..its not...

    No start after injector swap

So after all these years of owning a 6.4 I finally swapped out all 8 injectors. Install went smooth and I checked and triple checked every connection. After I loaded the new tune and cranked it, it cranked and sounded as if it wanted to start but no dice. I figured the fuel system was air bound...

    Another PMR hp question

This..... Plus I'll add.....if your going for 1000...I don't care what rods you run. At that point you better be prepared to make an offering to the scrap metal gods. If you're not....stay around 500 and have fun. 5-600 is fun. Either way...good luck

    Fuel rail pressure code 0193

Looks like I'm back in business!!!! Replaced FRP Sensor and UVC harness.(used Ford for both)....not the cheapest route. Codes are gone and rail pressure is reading normal on the dashdaq. So far so good!!!!
