Would adding a 72/59 setup to a freshly rebuilt motor, make enough difference to lean out the previous tune so the truck is undrivable?

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but... I have a 08 F250 lariat, blue over silver. I think the chrome grill is too much. Has anyone painted the chrome to match the body color, & highlighted the black edges of the inside of grill in silver. Does anyone have photo shop skills? Thanks
