WTB RR/ turbo set up

Bump can offer something better then just cores they're 160/100 rosewoods. Could probably sell them for $1000 plus cores and make double the money. I just can't sell them cause I can't afford the downtime on the truck. Looking for anything 238/200-300/200.

WTB RR/ turbo set up

I'll run the sticks on the PMR motor while I finish building my forged motor then just swap them out one weekend. I have faith in the tuners these days and they're ability to keep PMR motors together.

I've been reading about the new billet wheel for the 38R but read mixed reviews. Several people on here have said it was a waste that they saw no gains other then less towing surge but I very very rarely tow heavy truck mostly pulls my little flats boat or a trailer with some 4 wheelers so its...

Bump but looking to trade my injectors for some 250/100's or 150/200's plus alittle cash possibly. really needing a RR setup but still paying for the transmission trying to find one alittle cheaper.

Well it's been over a year since this thread. Thought I'd say truck has been running great without any issue. Only thing I've done is add a 38R. Truck is fun and mops up most of the young kids running around here in daddy's old pick up which is a lot of fun. Especially when all the kids say "oh...

Ya. I think if I had a forged motor I would go the whole way with studs springs pushrods big hybrids. But with this pmr motor and "not-so-bts" trans I just don't see it being smart or practical. And I honestly think if this motor popped I'd either drop a 12v in it(can get 12v's for 1200 & 24v's...

I hear that and everyone on here has been a huge help. Injectors and chip will be going back in first thing Saturday morning. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully it goes as good as fishing did tonight.

I agree. I think that was a big big mistake on my part and a lesson learned. At this point I just hope that was indeed the problem and will be sure not to make those same mistakes twice. x'2? This is my thinking behind it.

Ya I could've sworn that I payed attention for that sound on every injector the first time around but who knows. One thing I know I didn't do which may have caused an issue is I didnt completely clean out the injector cups several of them had alittle oil/fuel in the bottom and I just tapped the...

Horrible miss need help!!!

I used the same rubber mallet to seat them the first time. It was my first time doing injectors but it's a pretty clear sound when they seat all the way and I'm pretty sure they seated the first time.

Maybe but I don't think so. The injector looked like it wasn't seated all the way but I know for sure it was when I reinstalled it and it looked the same as before. I think my eyes were just messing with me. I even checked it with a straight edge. And there was no improvement in running. But...
