Only posting this for sale because I found another truck I want, and this has to go first. Will pull ad if it sells locally or if the other one sells first.
For sale is my 2003 Excursion Eddie Bauer 4x4 with fully bulletproofed 6.0L Powerstroke V8. 123k miles on it and no mechanical issues whatsoever. Some pretty minor exterior cosmetic issues. Interior is in extremely good shape. Rear bench + 3rd row seating for a total capacity of 8. Husky all-weather floormats throughout. Options include power everything, tan leather interior, heated power/memory front seats, DVD player, dual a/c compressors (front replaced in Oct 2014), rear climate control, etc. Carfax when I purchased it was clean, and hasn't changed since I've owned it.
Last summer/fall it had around $12k in mechanical work done by Justin at Auto Trends in Fort Collins, CO - one of the premier Powerstroke mechanics in the region - which I can provide receipts for. In addition to all this, it got a brand new set of Hankook LT285/75/r16 Dynapro ATMs from him in October, and I put all new Bilstein shocks and steering damper on it last summer (can show purchase receipt, did the install myself). Work includes:
New brake discs and pads (~10k ago)
ALL new ball joints
2 brand new Interstate batteries
Full bulletproofing kit including:
8 brand new Ford injectors
High pressure oil pump
Oil cooler
ARP headstuds and new gaskets
EGR "replacement"
8 new glow plugs
SCT tuner
...and a few things I probably forgot.
All motor work has about 5k miles on it. Motor runs very strong and doesn't smoke on the stock tune, which is what I run it on. I welcome any other questions! This is really a great and very capable vehicle, and has been my baby/daily driver for the past year and a half. However, I found another truck I want, so this one has to go to make that happen. Title in hand, will provide that and bill of sale.
Asking $25,500, which still leaves me at a significant financial loss. No trades please. Truck is located in northern Colorado.
